Responsibilities
Program, set up, and support 5-axis CNC machining operations
Develop and optimize toolpaths using Siemens NX (or Mastercam with training into NX)
Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components
Troubleshoot programs and machining processes on the floor
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Strong 5-axis machining and programming experience
Aerospace machining background (required)
Experience with Siemens NX or Mastercam
Willingness to learn and transition into NX Siemens (if coming from Mastercam)
Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, and complex setups
High attention to detail and quality standards
Preferred
Experience with complex surfacing and multi-axis toolpaths
Familiarity with AS9100 environments
Hands-on shop floor support experience
