Responsibilities
Homeowner Expectations - Follow Express Flooring’s Confirmation processes to manage homeowner experience and business needs to issue quality leads
Quality Check - Identify potential concerns on leads, have a deeper discussion with homeowner to qualify or disqualify a project, and double check that our database has current/correct information
Scheduling Assistance – When necessary, communicate the value of the visit when a quality lead wants to cancel or reschedule
Communication - Interact via phone and/or text with homeowners and internal partners
Qualification
Required
High school Education/GED or equivalent is required
Work efficiently and effectively
Active listener who is meticulous with details and notetaking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems
Flexible and resilient in adapting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and changing business conditions
Has a positive mindset that allows you to work well with peers and independently
Ability to work overtime and non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends)
Preferred
Minimum of one year of sales, contact center, and/or marketing experience preferred
