Responsibilities
Manage daily trade flow, booking, and cash/wire movements
Perform monthly remittance reconciliations, cash settlements, and ledger postings
Investigate and resolve daily breaks
Support processes tied to secured warehouse lending facilities
Partner with Trading, Banking, Legal, and Risk teams
5+ years supporting mortgage warehouse lending
Familiarity with secured lending legal documentation
CRE experience a plus
5+ years supporting whole loan mortgage trading
Knowledge of mortgage trade and client documentation
Experience with RTL, NQM, NPL/RPL, Scratch & Dent
Experience working with mortgage servicers
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting mortgage warehouse lending
Familiarity with secured lending legal documentation
5+ years supporting whole loan mortgage trading
Knowledge of mortgage trade and client documentation
Experience with RTL, NQM, NPL/RPL, Scratch & Dent
Experience working with mortgage servicers
Preferred
