Caltrans District 3 is part of the California Department of Human Resources, which provides essential human resource services to state employees. Responsibilities
Serve as a journey level policy analyst on matters related to the development, interpretation, maintenance, and updating of the CalHR Human Resources (HR) Manual
Respond to State Personnel Board (SPB) examination appeals
Decide Merit System Services (MSS) examination appeals
Provide guidance to State of California selection staff
Conduct the annual statewide Selection Delegation Agreement (SDA) process
