Responsibilities
The Fulfillment Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of an intelligent mail inserter machine
Prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Meeting production goals
Successfully executing daily production orders
Responding to unexpected issues
Working effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Providing continuous quality evaluation and control
Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves
Accepting work assignment modifications and associated training to support production
Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workplace
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Work experience in a print and mail environment or knowledge of printing and mailing is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Punctuality and reliability
High attention to detail
Ability to work well with other team members
Ability to complete tasks that require frequent standing, bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Candidates must have general technical skills, including proficiency with web-based operating systems and Internet tools
