Responsibilities

Lead business architecture for claims, reimbursement, and post-sale service domains across automotive and financial services
Define target-state business capabilities, operating models, and value streams aligned to enterprise strategy
Translate business strategy into Salesforce-enabled solutions and roadmaps
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on digital transformation and platform strategy
Architect solutions for claims intake, validation, adjudication, approval, payment, recovery, and audit
Design reimbursement workflows for dealers, partners, vendors, and customers
Address regulatory, compliance, auditability, and financial controls within Salesforce solutions
Optimize dispute management, appeals, chargebacks, and exception handling
Lead design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and custom claims frameworks
Define data models, integrations, automation, and reporting for claims and reimbursement
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant platform design
Partner with executives, product leaders, and operations teams to define priorities and outcomes
Lead workshops, journey mapping, and capability modeling sessions
Guide delivery teams including architects, product owners, developers, and QA
Mentor business architects, analysts, and solution designers
Ensure solutions meet financial, regulatory, and audit requirements
Define controls for data privacy, security, retention, and reporting
Support risk, compliance, and audit teams during reviews and implementations

Required

Minimum of 7 years experience implementing and/or running Salesforce programs and projects
Minimum of 5 years crafting solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering)
Minimum of 2 years experience/helping with pre-sales, sales and other origination duties/responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years experience supporting claims and reimbursement business processes within the automotive sector
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

Preferred

10 years of experience delivering Salesforce Claims projects
