Responsibilities
Gathers, researches, and analyzes information to resolve issues
Responds to requests for information
Prepares or implements new policies and procedures
Independently performs a wide variety of complex analytical duties and responsibilities
Prepares reports and correspondence
Collects data, tracks information, and monitors tracking systems
Makes recommendations to management and implement processes and procedures
Supports the overall mission and immediate goals of the institution
Performs duties as necessary to provide better delivery of program services
Qualification
Required
Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties
Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
An additional year of professional analytical and/or technical experience equivalent to an Analyst I, Range C
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
Candidates new to CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting
Tuberculosis (TB) testing is required for candidates new to CCHCS prior to appointment followed by department annual TB testing/evaluation thereafter
Applicants who completed their education outside of the US (with foreign degrees/transcripts) must obtain and submit verification of U.S. course/degree equivalency
Employment History on the STD 678 must be complete and include dates, accurate hours per week, total time worked, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
