Responsibilities
Advise emerging growth companies and venture-backed startups throughout their lifecycle
Support venture capital and growth equity financings on both company-side and investor-side deals
Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving high-growth technology and life sciences companies
Work directly with founders, CEOs, boards of directors, and venture fund partners
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated, fast-moving transactions
Qualification
Required
JD earned in 2023 or 2024
Prior large law firm corporate experience
Experience with M&A, venture capital financings, or growth equity transactions
Admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in startups, venture capital, and innovative businesses
