Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for asset inventory audits
Drive execution and closure of CAPAs tied to audit findings
Coordinate across Technology, Business Units, Cybersecurity, IT, OT, QA, and Compliance
Support enterprise asset discovery and data quality improvement initiatives
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation progress
Prepare audit-ready documentation and executive-level status reporting
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Project Management experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries
Proven experience managing audits, remediation programs, or CAPA-driven initiatives
Strong understanding of IT/OT assets, configuration items (CIs), and asset data quality
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with cyber risk, IT governance, or asset discovery initiatives
Exposure to CMDBs, asset discovery tools, vulnerability scanning, or inventory systems
