Manager Total Rewards
Swoon is seeking a benefits-focused total rewards leader to manage and enhance their total rewards programs. This hands-on role involves overseeing benefits and compensation processes while leading a team and ensuring compliance and scalability across a multi-state workforce.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a mature benefits program, including renewals, open enrollment, and vendor/broker management
Manage and develop a Benefits Coordinator, providing guidance, structure, and accountability
Partner closely with HRIS and Payroll to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability
Own compensation processes and governance, including job architecture, job descriptions, and pay structure maintenance
Support multi-state benefits and leave administration in a regulated environment
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
Strong benefits leadership experience (renewals, open enrollment, vendor management)
Comfort owning process, structure, and governance on the compensation side
Experience supporting multi-state workforces
People leadership experience with a hands-on, player-coach mindset
