Responsibilities
Receive online & field training focusing on enhancing management and technical skills
Work in key areas of the hospital operation, side-by-side with CEO’s / COO’s, Directors, Managers and PTAC staff
Interact with patients and families, receiving and greeting them, answering inquiries and assisting with registration documents
Qualification
Required
12-16 month commitment to the LEAD Program
BS or BA degree required (or working towards the completion of a BA or BS). Health Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration & Hospitality degrees are a plus
Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)
Preferred
MBA degree helpful but not required
Experience in healthcare, healthcare management or finance is preferred
