Lead and facilitate discussions with business users
Gather, clarify, and drive functional requirements
Translate European processes for US teams
Support testing, validation, and business alignment
Identify functional gaps and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors

Required

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (business + IT + vendor coordination)
Ability to structure discussions, simplify complex topics, and drive decisions
Knowledge of energy trading and/or US power markets (PJM, ISO-NE, ERCOT, etc.)
Experience working across time zones and bridging global teams
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
SQL skills or strong technical awareness (data flows, interfaces, reconciliation concepts)

Preferred

Experience on ETRM implementations/migrations, especially Orchestrade
Understanding of: trade lifecycle events, settlement & invoicing, exchange clearing, accounting impacts / P&L / month-end close support
Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira/Confluence, test management tools, etc
