Mid LevelSDVS Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The role involves building scalable customer engagement platforms and optimizing workflows to enhance customer experiences while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact flows for inbound and outbound customer interactions
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Lex, Kinesis, CloudWatch)
Develop custom IVR solutions, chatbots, and voicebots to automate customer interactions
Implement event-driven and serverless architectures to streamline contact center operations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize contact center performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain documentation for contact flows, integrations, and deployment procedures
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability in all solutions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient customer engagement platforms
Experience integrating CRM systems
Experience optimizing workflows for enhanced customer experiences
