They are seeking an experienced Silicon Photonics Product Manager to support the sales and marketing team, where the individual will own product specifications and work directly with customers.

Responsibilities
Capture and formalize customer and market requirements
Own product specifications for EO polymer products
Develop a product roadmap
Approve all documentation needed for customer and ecosystem partners, including foundries
Manage all product variants, product releases, and product changes
Define customer and ecosystem partner requirements and work with materials application engineering and R&D teams to assemble all external documents
Analyze market size (TAM/SAM/SOM) and provide competitive analyses
Generate demand forecasts
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or Ph.D. in physics, engineering, materials science, or related field
3+ years of industry experience
Strong understanding of semiconductor or optical transceiver packaging, assembly, and test
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and external partners
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of silicon photonics design and manufacturing
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, 30%
Preferred
A background and experience in polymers, optical modulators, nonlinear optics, or encapsulation processes is highly desired
