Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client
Work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools such as MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
Ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication
Directly impact a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with the Department of Defense or federal program and project management
4+ years of experience with scheduling
4+ years of experience with testing and evaluation, including SOVT, ATP, or DOT&E
Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement
Knowledge of EVM, contracts, and Shipbuilder CDRLs
Ability to integrate schedules with other program documentation and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management
2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE
Experience with the Department of Navy Projects and Shipbuilding Projects
Knowledge of Aegis Weapon Systems and Combat Systems
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
