The role involves contributing to communication strategies, managing the communications calendar, and supporting internal storytelling initiatives.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that support business objectives across key audiences
Support management of the corporate communications calendar, including intake and fulfillment of communication requests to ensure timely, coordinated messaging
Assist with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on communication effectiveness to inform and continuously improve communication strategy and execution
Partner with internal teams to tailor messaging for targeted audiences and ensure alignment across initiatives
Support storytelling initiatives that highlight strategic priorities, employee recognition, brand values, and company milestones
Ensure all written, visual, and digital content adheres to Krispy Kreme’s brand standards and tone of voice
Maintaining comms calendar and engagement tracking
Building and supporting a LinkedIn content calendar

Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or similar areas of study
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
