Responsibilities

Hands-on Functional SME / Business Analyst with strong automotive manufacturing & Quality Management System (QMS) experience to quickly understand an existing system and create / validate functional specifications for modernization

Required

10+ years as Functional SME / BA
Automotive manufacturing domain experience
Strong hands-on experience with QMS, including:
Quality Issue / Concern reporting
Workflow & case management
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
Correlation / trend analysis across defects and plants
Supplier quality, audits, and compliance reporting
Ability to rapidly understand current-state functionality and document functional specs
Bilingual: English & Korean (mandatory)

Preferred

Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or validation
