Responsibilities

Manage prevailing wage contracts and reporting

Assists with SOX controls and annual audits

Analyze procure to pay processes, data and transactions

Assist with system enhancement testing, process development, provide user support and training

Manage the vendor safety onboarding process

Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and databases, with a strong working knowledge of Excel

Demonstrated problem-assessment and problem-solving skills

Strong customer service focus, with ability to build credibility with internal clients and external suppliers

Collaborative work style across groups

Experience in any of the following systems, MicroStrategy, Maximo and Asset Suite or alternate EAM System and reporting software
