Implement EHS policies, conduct audits, and risk assessments
Develop and deliver EHS training
Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
Liaise with regulatory authorities and facilities maintenance
Oversee environmental permitting and compliance
Qualification
Required
3–5 years EHS experience, including ergonomics
Strong communication & problem-solving; works independently
Manufacturing experience: CNC, heavy fabrication, machinery safety, lockout/tagout
Union facility experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of health & safety engineering, ISO regulations, and hazard management
1–2 years in EHS or similar role
Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
