Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of visual communication principles and creative problem-solving
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in an agency setting or similar industry is a plus
