Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with engineering to prioritize backlog and deliver high-quality releases
Leverage product analytics to evaluate product performance and user behavior
Work with marketing and growth teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and monetization
Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
Identify opportunities to differentiate WalterPicks in a competitive landscape
Support A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of product management experience, preferably with mobile apps, fintech, or gaming
Experience building and shipping digital products in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
Experienced with executing User Discovery (interviewing, usability testing, etc.)
Preferred
Familiarity with sports betting and fantasy football
Experience scaling early-stage products from MVP to growth phase
SQL, analytics, or experimentation background a plus
