Vice President of Growth Marketing
Women in Climate Finance is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead their user and revenue growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing growth strategies, optimizing customer acquisition, and collaborating with various teams to drive market expansion and brand equity.

Responsibilities
Develop the company's medium-to-long-term growth strategy (user growth, revenue growth, market penetration)
Responsible for key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, ARPU, retention rate, and conversion rate
Translate company strategy into actionable growth plans and quarterly targets
Manage a multi-channel growth system: Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Affiliate, Partnership, Influencer, Web3 Community
Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and scale high-ROI channels
Build a sustainable and scalable customer acquisition model
Collaborate with the product team to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Improve user Activation, Engagement, Retention, and Monetization
Optimize the user conversion path (Funnel Optimization) and reduce churn rate
Establish an A/B Testing and Growth Experimentation Framework
Monitor growth data dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
Optimize growth strategies based on data insights and continuously drive experimental iterations
Balance Performance Marketing and Brand Growth
Drive international market expansion (GTM Strategy, Localization, New Market Entry)
Build long-term brand equity and user trust
Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, operations, and finance teams
Drive Revenue Growth, Upsell, Cross-sell, and Expansion Revenue
Optimize growth and revenue synergy mechanisms
Build and manage a growth marketing team (Performance, Lifecycle, CRM, SEO, Data, Partnerships)
Manage the growth budget (Marketing Spend) to ensure a high ROI
Cultivate a growth mindset and improve team execution

Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in growth marketing / digital marketing / Growth Strategy Experience
15+ years of experience managing high-performing growth or marketing teams
Proven track record of successful 0→1 or 1→10 scaling growth
Proficient in growth models (AARRR, PLG, Growth Loop)
Familiar with growth tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Segment, SQL)
Strong data analysis and business modeling skills
Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic)
Lifecycle Marketing (CRM, Email, Push, Automation)
SEO / Content / Influencer / Affiliate / Partnership
Strategic thinking + strong execution ability
Cross-functional communication and executive-level decision-making skills
Ability to drive results in a high-growth, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environment
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Crypto, Web3, e-commerce, and internet platforms is preferred
