Responsibilities
Support inbound phone calls
Prepare orders in WMS and prepare pertinent reports for loading and production
Order processing including processing orders from customers and ensuring accurate ordering to the Supply Chain Centers, completing manual store orders, and manage add ons/change request
Coordinate and disseminate corporate, marketing, and other company information to the stores
Maintain filing system for invoices, reports, and other customer-related information
Support school lunch orders
Maintain credit management for the customer and lead credit review process via SAP/Credit Tracker
Manage stock out, stock out communication and redelivery
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office software
Ability to work a flexible shift/schedule
Preferred
Bilingual preferred
