Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimise CRM emails, journeys, and automations using Bloomreach

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure CRM performance and support decision-making

Conduct CRM platform audits , assessing setup, data quality, and performance, and recommending improvements

Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable CRM solutions

Ensure CRM builds follow best practices, quality standards, and governance

Support documentation of CRM processes, templates, and ways of working

Required

Proven, hands-on experience with Bloomreach CRM is essential

Strong experience building CRM emails, automations, dashboards, and reports

Experience working in CRM, marketing automation, or data intelligence roles

Comfortable working with data to drive insight, optimisation, and performance

Clear communicator, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
