Property Management Specialist (40821)
Hanford Mission Integration Solutions is seeking a Property Management Specialist to serve as a central point of contact for property representatives. The role involves processing asset transfers, leading property management meetings, analyzing procurement data, and providing administrative support for the property management system.

Responsibilities
Serves as a central point of contact for property representatives in Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) field organizations
Process asset transfers between on-site contractors as well as transfers between various Department of Energy (DOE) sites and federal agencies
Lead site-wide Property Management Forum meetings and track actions out of those meetings
Analyze procurement data to ensure all Accountable Property is captured
Participate in annual personal property inventory campaigns
Responsible as backup administrative support of the site-wide personal property management system, Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)
Primary tasks include administering the SAMS web application, acting as an interface with the technical database administrators for coordination of revisions and upgrades to the system, and providing administrative support to SAMS customers (troubleshooting technical issues, setting up/deleting users, user training, etc.)
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, plus 5 years' experience in oversight of Government property management or similar related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous presentation experience leading groups or classes
Detail oriented with strong organization and planning skills
High comfort level with learning new applications and technologies
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge
Preferred
Exposure to and/or intermediate level proficiency in writing SQL statements against Oracle databases
Certification of National Property Management Association (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1 Government Property
Working knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations, 41, Chapter 109, Department of Energy Property Management Regulations
Working knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations, 41, Chapter 102, Subchapter B, Federal Property Management Regulations
