Youth Services Program Manager

Responsibilities
Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
Implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes
Create a program evaluation framework to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement
Develop funding proposals to ensure continuous service delivery
Provide constructive feedback, develop improvement plans, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary
Serve as a positive leadership role model, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission statement, vision, and values
Monitor program activities regularly and conduct annual evaluations
Complete reports for management and communicate effectively with funders
Attend required training and maintain necessary licensure
Engage in local and state behavioral collaborative initiatives to support service delivery goals
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling required
Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration (can be provided upon hire)
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Understanding of evidence-based treatment methods and community resources
Preferred
Three (3) years of experience supervising clinical services
