Testing Center Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinating, administering, monitoring, and maintaining high standards for the university's proctored exam services
Supporting students with approved accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable policies
Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations
Extensive involvement and frequent collaboration with students, faculty, SASS staff, and campus partners to ensure that testing accommodations are implemented accurately and equitably
Schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience in a higher education setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related policies
Experience with proctored exam services or testing accommodations
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience working with diverse populations
Familiarity with assistive technology and accommodations for students with disabilities
