Assistant Branch Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall branch administration of the Bank’s compliance, audit, and operational policies and procedures
Supports Branch Staff in meeting operational objectives by managing all risks with compliance and audit controls
Develops team by coaching, performance management, and acts as a player coach by modeling our Mission and Core Values to deliver a rewarding experience
Assists customers by processing a variety of financial transactions efficiently and accurately according to established policies and procedures
Reinforces and maintains accountability for execution of the Bank’s strategic initiatives
Serves as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for customer complaints, complex transactions, balancing discrepancies, or other operational matters
Engages all team members and business partners as appropriate
Maintains the required knowledge of operational policies and procedures, and other compliance requirements that pertain to the Retail Bank
Leverages the Community Relationship Model to support customer new account origination, maintenance, and reaching retail banking performance objectives

Qualification
Required
Bilingual required
Manage all aspects of branch operations and customer service within our Community Banking Relationship Model
Accountable for customer satisfaction
Onboarding of new hires
Ensuring the branch is compliant with all bank policies and procedures
Contribute to achieving bank relationship objectives
Participating in referring products and services to customers based on their financial needs
