Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to loan officers and leadership
Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and real estate–focused gatherings
Anticipate needs and proactively support day-to-day workflow and logistics
Take inbound applications and accurately enter information
Assist with follow-up tasks and administrative prospect support as directed
Schedule meetings and appointments with real estate partners and internal teams
Maintain calendars, documents, and event materials
Support on-site and virtual events, including preparation and post-event follow-up
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Follow leadership direction while maintaining energy, urgency, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an assistant, loan officer assistant, or event coordinator preferred
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented
Confident communicator with the ability to speak up when needed
Able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
