They are seeking a Senior Job Captain/Junior Architect to oversee and manage smaller architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop project objectives and deliverables
Create and review construction documents using Revit and Bluebeam, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Facilitate communication between clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project team members

Required

7+ Years Professional Architecture Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proven experience in project management and leading architectural projects, particularly in healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing sectors
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software
Strong understanding of construction documents and building codes
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Licensed Architect with NCARB certification is a plus
