Responsibilities
Own and evolve game and business KPIs , from definition through optimization
Design and maintain dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Designers and leadership
Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in real time and recommend actions
Translate complex data into clear, decision-driving narratives
Partner closely with Product, Game Design, and Management in a rapid-iteration cycle
Support experimentation, performance tuning, and live-game optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
Strong analytical instincts with the ability to problem-solve independently
Hands-on experience influencing decisions—not just reporting metrics
Proficiency in: SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, Python or R
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance measurement
Comfort working with incomplete or evolving data sets
Preferred
Experience in gaming or online player analytics (slots experience is a plus)
Predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI exposure
Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data stacks
Master's degree (preferred for senior-level candidates)
