Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and architecture leads to define product strategy and contribute to the technology roadmap
Translate business objectives and clinical needs into clear product specifications and user stories for the development team
Lead the agile development process, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and commercialization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting
3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile software development environment
Strong experience in developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations
Exceptional ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications
