Sales Development Representative | Las Vegas, NV
TP is a global, digital business services company that helps brands streamline their operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify, engage, and qualify leads to support the sales process and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, and email
Build and enrich data from Ascensus target account (existing customer) lists using approved tools
Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads recording the outcomes of outreach
Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging
Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions
Participate in daily huddles and track performance towards progress metrics
Qualification
Required
6 -12 Months experience in B2B Outbound Calling environments
Fluent in English and strong written English communication skills
Experience with CRM tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
Preferred
Familiarity with Financial Services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred
