Responsibilities
Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of software projects
Ensuring timely delivery
Meeting quality standards
Lead end-to-end client delivery
Manage multiple implementation projects
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout execution
Project planning
Timeline management
Coordination with diverse stakeholders
Supervising logistics
Monitoring and resolving risks
Ensuring adherence to specifications
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs
Qualification
Required
3 or more years experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software or FinTech-related projects (software delivery or SaaS implementation)
Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related functions, ensuring timely and efficient workflows throughout the project lifecycle
Expertise in Logistics Management and Inspection to maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders
Experience managing customization projects with development teams
Ability to manage and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
Experience in FinTech or banking-related software implementation or background in financial services, banking or FinTech is highly desirable
Familiarity with Jira, Agil, PMP/Scrum is a plus
