Senior Business Development Manager
GreenBridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead their expansion in the North American data center market. This role involves developing sales pipelines, managing client relationships, and leading the sales cycle for data center projects, with a focus on HVAC and MEP systems.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales pipelines for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects across the U.S
Identify and track new-build, expansion, and retrofit opportunities, including site selection, project timelines, and procurement structures
Identify key decision-makers within target accounts (Hyperscalers, Colo, Enterprise, GCs, EPCs, MEP Contractors) and build a robust sales pipeline
Build and execute account-based sales strategies by region, customer type, and product category
Leverage a solid understanding of Data Center HVAC principles (airflow management, cooling efficiency, thermal containment) to articulate how our materials contribute to optimizing PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness)
Work upstream with design consultants and engineers to get our products' spec’d in during the design phase and register our company on the Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) of major operators and contractors
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to translate client pain points into technical value propositions
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including managing RFP/RFQ responses, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to deliver submittals, datasheets, drawings, test reports, and certifications
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience related to Data center or large-scale construction projects
Experience with HVAC, MEP materials, cooling systems, piping, valves, ducts, fans, controls, or related products preferred
Existing connections with key Data Center Operators (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Equinix, Digital Realty) or Key Components Vendors (Vertiv, Schneider, Boyd, Supermicro, Dell, HPE) are highly preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. data center procurement and sales structures
Proven experience managing project-based sales cycles from specification and bidding to award and delivery
Working knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and ability to engage in technical discussions with customers. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both technical and executive-level stakeholders
Willingness to travel domestically within the U.S. to customer sites and project locations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (e.g., OCP, UL, ASHRAE, local codes etc)
Established network with Pre-Con/Estimating executives at top-tier GCs/MEP Contractors
Experience in scaling a business in a new market environment (Self-starter mentality)
