Lead Estate Planning cases
Handle estate administration, trust and will creation
Review legal documents related to wills, trusts, and anything estate planning
Provide high-level legal counsel and representation to a diverse client base
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure excellence in case management
Mentor and supervise support staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning specifically will and trust creation
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and compassion
Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Deep understanding of Georgia probate code and court procedures
Experience working with or in a probate court and creation of wills and trusts
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern legal tools and cloud-based systems is a must
Calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations
