Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of nCino solutions for commercial lending clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define solution scope, and develop project plans
Configure and customize nCino modules, workflows, and integrations to optimize lending operations and enhance user experience
Provide strategic guidance on nCino best practices, data migration, system integration, and change management throughout the implementation lifecycle
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client teams and end-users
Troubleshoot technical issues, propose innovative solutions, and ensure system scalability and compliance
Maintain strong client relationships, manage project deliverables, and support post-implementation enhancements and upgrades
Stay current on nCino platform updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements impacting commercial lending technology
Qualification
Required
nCino Certification: The candidate must hold an active nCino certification, demonstrating expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System and best practices for implementation
Commercial Lending Experience: Proven background in commercial lending, including an understanding of loan origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management within financial institutions
nCino Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience leading or participating in multiple nCino deployments, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support
Consulting Firm Experience: Prior experience working for a consulting firm, with a track record of delivering client-focused solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating in fast-paced environments
