Qualification
Required
1–3 years designing for Google CCAI platforms across both voice and text modalities
Expertise in Conversation Design (VUI/CUI) and persona development
Ability to map complex user journeys for bookings, dining, and hospitality services
Strong focus on 'agentic' flow research—designing how agents should pivot and escalate
Preferred
Familiarity with the UX requirements of Google's next-gen agentic interfaces
