Responsibilities

Responsible for assessment, planning, and documentation for migration of Tuxedo workloads to AWS
Develop modernization strategy including approach, timelines, dependencies, and risk analysis
Produce cost and effort estimates for rehost/replatform/refactor migration paths
Collaborate with AWS technical teams and client stakeholders to define modernization roadmap
Strong understanding of legacy transaction systems (COBOL/C/C++, batch, OLTP, middleware)
Experience in cloud architectures, AWS modernization services, integration patterns, and cloud-native design
Prior consulting or pre-sales modernization experience preferred (banks/insurance/gov a plus)
