New Grad, Entry LevelCompunnel Inc. is seeking a Lab Associate to join their team. The role involves receiving, processing, and managing laboratory samples in a fast-paced environment while adhering to specific dress code and shift requirements.

Responsibilities
Check in couriers and receive laboratory samples
Unbag and barcode samples
Move samples throughout the lab (“running”)
Load samples into analyzers
Place samples into centrifuges
Mix/swirl samples with liquid chemicals
Retrieve samples from refrigerated storage
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume lab environment
Perform duties while standing and moving for extended periods
Qualification
Required
Check in couriers and receive laboratory samples
Unbag and barcode samples
Move samples throughout the lab (“running”)
Load samples into analyzers
Place samples into centrifuges
Mix/swirl samples with liquid chemicals
Retrieve samples from refrigerated storage
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume lab environment
Perform duties while standing and moving for extended periods
Legs must be fully covered
No skin showing, including at the ankles
Prior overnight shift experience (recent preferred)
Understanding of and ability to acclimate to overnight schedules
Willingness to handle blood, urine, fecal samples, and biopsies
Experience in fast-paced, physical roles (food service, warehouse, production, fulfillment, Amazon/FedEx)
Preferred
Experience in high-volume labs (LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, large hospitals)
Background as a Processor, Accessioner, or Phlebotomist preferred
Vet Tech or Vet Assistant experience
Additional experience in fulfillment, warehouse, food service, Amazon, or FedEx is a plus
Candidates from large, high-volume clinics preferred
Recent Biology degree with hands-on, fast-paced work experience
Research-only backgrounds are not suitable
