Own uptime for payment rails processing billions
Make the secure path the easy path
Evolve data infrastructure using the latest tooling to spot fraud, monitor system health, and perform experiments
Reduce latency across our systems
Accelerate deployments that help us ship confidently and frequently
Raise the reliability bar for the entire organization
Ship code that touches our Rails backend, data pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Own uptime for payment rails processing billions
Make the secure path the easy path
Evolve data infrastructure using the latest tooling to spot fraud, monitor system health, and perform experiments
Reduce latency across our systems
Accelerate deployments that help us ship confidently and frequently
Raise the reliability bar for the entire organization
Ship code that touches our Rails backend, data pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure
Have scaled systems with serious traffic
Care about reliability but know when to ship the simple fix
Have strong systems fundamentals: databases, caching, load balancing, observability
Understand security in depth and maybe even enjoy reading about the latest CVEs
Can jump into Rails, Node, or Rust when needed
Take ownership from the root cause through permanent fix
Love digging into the metrics to solve problems
