Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
Take ownership of assigned backlog items, including:
Analyzing existing code and understanding business problems
Proposing multiple optimized solutions and technical approaches
Implementing approved solutions end-to-end
Partner directly with technology leads and business users to gather requirements and resolve issues
Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices
Contribute to integrations with internal platforms and third-party systems
Maintain a balance of 50% hands-on development and 50% communication/collaboration
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development (must be actively coding)
Strong Apex server-side development experience
Working knowledge of SQL and SOQL
Solid experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Experience building reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations
Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices (Version Control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong knowledge of Apex test classes and testing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, articulate, and comfortable working directly with senior technology stakeholders
Self-starter who can run independently with minimal oversight
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and evaluate multiple solutions
Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership within a large enterprise environment
Preferred
Experience in Financial Services
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Exposure to large-scale, global Salesforce implementations
