Maintain and manage product data across systems
Provide technical and ERP support to end users
Troubleshoot OS, application, network, and VOIP phone system issues
Assist with system deployments and upgrades
Collaborate with third-party vendors
Generate reports and perform data analytics
Administer Microsoft 365 and company mobile devices
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation. (VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLES)
Experience troubleshooting workstations and printers
Ability to work independently and learn on the job
IT support: 3 years
Preferred
CompTIA A+ certification
Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems. (Looking to train someone on this, not a hard requirement)
