Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday modules for processes such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and procure-to-pay workflows
Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes and maintain accurate data across departments
Build custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights for leadership
Oversee system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to minimize service disruptions
Maintain Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templates and manage integrations with third-party systems for seamless data flow
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, internal policies, and data security standards
Train and guide end-users to promote effective adoption of Workday tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
12+ years of experience in computer systems management, Workday configuration, and software implementation, ideally with public-sector or government exposure
Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, budgeting, and municipal reporting requirements
Experience managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and IT
Experience Writing SQL Statements Is Preferred
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Hands-on Workday experience in a public-sector or government organization
Ability to translate complex business processes into Workday configurations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
