Develop and operate automated trading strategies, eBooks and pricing models across client and interdealer electronic venues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the bank
Work in a small self-organising team and value user feedback within an agile development process
Manage expectations effectively and own delivery of high profile products to demanding business users
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of electronic markets
Client focused and comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the bank
Experience developing in a small self-organising team
Value user feedback within an agile development process
Ability to manage expectations effectively
Demonstrable track record of owning delivery of a high profile product to demanding business users
Familiarity with the Fixed Income markets, both cash and derivatives
Understanding of the value of an intuitive, robust and reliable eTrading systems to a trading desk
Preferred
Innovative and experienced in eTrading strategies and development
Experience building electronic trading platforms across global Rates products
