The intern will manage projects in HR Operations, HR Technology, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities
Provide support to Business Partners on a range of HR projects including process improvement, policy updates and related training, employee engagement, and Supply Chain leadership development training
Facilitate data migration to the new HRIS platform
Contribute to the design and delivery of employee training programs across the organization
Assist in strategy development for branding and local partnerships at our sites
Conduct needs assessments of current process and identify potential process improvements
Develop business segment data groupings for executive reporting, including current and historical members
Assist with the sourcing and recruitment of talent throughout the organization
Schedule video and in person interviews, coordinate site visits as needed
Facilitate the onboarding process for new corporate employees
Includes, but not limited to benchmark sustainability reports and HR processes; administer employee surveys
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of labor laws
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment
Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Possesses excellent administrative and organizational skills
Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally
Shows initiative and a proactive approach to responsibilities
Preferred
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred
