Responsibilities
Analyze regional market trends, economic drivers, and property-level dynamics across Texas
Interpret data to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends for brokers and clients
Own the narrative and analytical content of quarterly market reports and specialized research deliverables
Ensure insights are clear, defensible, and aligned with firm-wide research standards
Lead complex ad-hoc research for business development, client strategy, and leadership requests
Support pitches and major client conversations with tailored market intelligence
Serve as a trusted research partner to brokers and client-facing teams
Collaborate closely with the SVP of Research on thought leadership and market positioning
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior research team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, finance, or a related field
3-7 years of commercial real estate research or market analytics experience
Deep understanding of Texas CRE markets and asset classes
Advanced Excel skills; experience with GIS/mapping tools and CoStar required
Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Confidence communicating findings to senior brokers and leadership
