Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate quality risk management project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and scientific teams to deliver project milestones on schedule
Support functional teams in completing governance and risk management deliverables
Perform quality assurance review of governance and risk documentation for compliance with established procedures
Monitor, track, and report key project deliverables, metrics, and implementation progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems oversight
Experience in quality risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance execution
Project management experience within a regulated industry
Ability to confidently facilitate meetings with senior leaders and technical experts
Experience interpreting global regulatory guidance to develop risk management frameworks
Proficiency with document control processes and quality systems tools
Advanced or intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present concise, executive-level insights
Preferred
Experience supporting global quality system initiatives
Experience with metrics development, data analytics, and executive-level reporting
Exposure to automation or development of digital tools supporting quality processes
