Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize LLM-based autonomous agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution
Partner with data engineers and data scientists to architect and implement agentic AI solutions for end-to-end business workflow automation
Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and statistical analysis on large and complex datasets
Build and manage ML pipelines for model training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Design and implement scalable ML and Gen-AI pipelines, integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma
Perform data transformation and processing using Python, SQL, Spark, Apache Beam, or similar frameworks
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytical and AI solutions
Follow software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD using git-based tools
Develop and maintain automation scripts using advanced PL/SQL and scripting languages
Clearly communicate technical concepts, progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering roles
Strong experience designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including autonomous agents
Proven expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark or Beam
Hands-on experience building RAG architectures and working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling
Experience building scalable, production-grade ML pipelines and integrating AI systems with enterprise applications via APIs
Strong background in software engineering best practices, including git-based source control and collaborative development
Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL and scripting for workflow and system automation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments is highly preferred
