Responsibilities
Support and administer Active Directory and Azure environments, including user provisioning and de-provisioning, security groups, group policies, and file/share permissions
Provide team-member-focused help desk support by reviewing service requests, resolving issues in a timely manner, and communicating clear status updates
Maintain and support Windows operating systems and servers, including OS deployments, monthly patching, security updates, and out-of-band fixes to ensure system stability and security
Support system integrations and security, including SAML, SSO, certificate services, DNS, DHCP, and third-party application connectivity
Participate in on-call support and technology initiatives, including after-hours support, system monitoring, documentation, and assigned technology projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional IT technical training
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Group Policy administration
2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Preferred
2–3 years of experience in a help desk or similar IT support environment
PowerShell scripting experience
Microsoft certifications relevant to the role
